As per the application, the activity falls under Orange category i.e., Aluminium & copper extraction from scrap using oil fired furnace (dry process only) and established the unit within ORR in Balanagar after the year 2013. As per the G.O.Ms. No. 20 dt. 01.03.2013 and as per B.O circular dt.20.09.2016, the Board has issued instructions not to issue CFE to any new industries or for expansion of existing industries located within ORR and covered under Red and Orange categories.
