Earlier, the proponent has applied CFE application in the name of M/s. Om Sai Trading Company, Sy.No.203, Mamidipalle (V), Armoor (M), Nizamabad District and was rejected on 05-10-2020 as near residential area and schools.
The present application submitted by the proponent is same as the earlier submitted CFE application i.e same Sy.no, proponent and location. As per the Topo plan & location submitted by the proponent in the CFE application, it is observed that the proposed site is near residential area and close to sensitive areas such as Schools i.e 100 meters away. As the industry is pollution potential from air pollution point of view. There is likely pollution problems to the Schools and surrounding area.
Hence, the CFE application is not considered.
