The industry has to submit the following details for further processing of your application:
1. Compliance of CFO conditions.
2. Compliance of Task force directions.
3. Details of water consumption and waste generation not mentioned in the application.
4. Waste water generation treatment & disposal details.
5. Air pollution source details and its control equipment provided.
6. Solid and Hazardous waste generation, Storage and disposal details.
7. The industry also inform that the COD of unit-4 was commenced on 09.01.2022 and was in operation. Earlier, The industry has to pay additional consent fee of Rs.18,750/- for delay in applying CFO for unit - 4 & operating the unit-4 without valid consent of the Board for two months and same may be paid by the industry.
