This Office received a application from M/s. S.M. Innotech Pvt. Ltd., Sy. No. 368/1, Dharur (V & M), Vikarabad District through TS-iPASS for renewal of CFO on 31.10.2022. This Office officials, since received the application, several times contacted the representatives of the industry (Sri Syed Mujtaba – 98490 22566 and Sri Shafeeq – 9989299876) over phone, to share the contact person / location of the industry for inspection of the industry. But the representatives have informed as the industry is not in operation since few days and no one is available in the industry.
Sri Syed Mujtaba shared contact details of Sri. Chandrappa, Supervisor of the industry on 21.02.2023.
This Office Officials inspected the industry on 21.02.2023. During the inspection Sri. Chandrappa, Supervisor of the industry is present and accompanied.
During the inspection it was observed that the industry is having a pulverizer unit in side of a shed and it is in dilapidated condition and other rooms/ buildings are observed in collapsed condition.
In view of the above, application for renewal of CFO of the Board, is herewith returned and directed to submit renewal application for CFO of the Board after improving the machinery in running condition only.
