1. The Board has issued Closure Order vide order dated 11.12.2019 for operating the industry without obtaining CFO of the Board and certain non-compliances. Subsequently, the industry has obtained Temporary Revocation of Closure orders vide order dated 09.12.2020 for three months i.e., upto 08.03.2021. Further, the industry till date has not obtained Extension of Revocation of Closure orders.
2. The industry shall submit details of production from 2019 to till date along with financial statement for the current year.
3. The industry has not obtained TSDF membership to dispose the solid / hazardous waste and shall explain the mode of disposal of HW generated along with quantities.

7. The industry has to pay consent fee under Air & Water Acts based on investment of Rs. 63 Lakhs. Earlier, the industry has applied with an investment cost of Rs.63 lakhs. But, now the industry has applied with an investment cost of Rs. 30. 86 lakhs only, Please justify..
