Dear Sir,
We are proposing a RMC Unit for Supply of Ready Mate Cement Concrete for the proposed construction of Building for M/s Neovantage Inovation Park Pvt Limited, Building-450, Genome Vally, Turkaplly(V), Shamirpet(M), Medchal(Malkajgiri) District . After completion of construction of Building we will dismantle the Unit, the proposal is only temporary. The period for completion of project is Two Years (Maximum Three Years).
As per the Quarry raised by TSiPASS/TSPCB through on line vide dated 20-07-2023, the following are the details for your kind consideration:
M/s URC Construction Pvt Ltd,.(RMC Plant)., is proposed over in Extent of Ac 1.0 in “Alexandria Knowledge Park” which is an Industrial notified area being developed on portion of land at Survey No-542, Plot No-5A, Kolthur Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal(Malkajgiri) District, Telangana State -500101. The Deed is enclosed for Your Reference.
The proposed Industrial area is about 162 Acres in Survey No 542{Part} of Kolthur Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Rangareddy(Medchal-Malkajgiri) District.
The Biotech Park is at the distance of 0.85 km aerial distance from the proposed RMC unit in NW direction.
The Turkaplly Village is at the distance of 1.40 km aerial distance from the proposed RMC unit in W direction.
The Kolthur Village is at the distance of 1.30 km aerial distance from the proposed RMC unit in ESE direction.
The proposed land of RMC Unit is piece and parcel of the property bearing Plot No-5A, extent of 1.0 acre is adjacent to the 162 acres land in Survey No 542{Part} as SP Biotech Park Phase-I & Phase-II now known as Alexandria Knowledge Park Private Limited. The Deed is enclosed for Your Reference.
As a safety measure we propose to construct the wind shield of 10 feet all around the proposed RMC Unit & Our project is Green category as per the Schedule of TSPCB/CPCB.
The storage of Cement will be in Closed Silos and unloading of the cement will be done by Pneumatic Suction System.
We will develop greenbelt all along the boundary of the unit.
