1. The proponent shall submit self -certification on Rs. 100/- stamp paper as per TSIPASS act.
2. The proponent shall submit correct land documents and also site plan.
3. The proponent shall submit process flow chart.
4. The proponent shall also fill in the application filed in OCCMS the details of production, raw material, water consumption & waste water generation and its treatment system & its disposal and also submit details of Solid waste & its disposal.
5. The proponent shall submit details of source of Air Pollution Control Equipment to be provided and its control measures.
6. The proponent has to pay balance consent fee of Rs 2,000/-.
