1. The industry is in operation without obtaining Extension of Temporary Revocation of Closure Order and the representative informed that they are doing job work in the name of M/s. Cargill India Ltd. The temporary Revocation of Closure Order was expired on 23.10.2022.
2. The industry is storing effluents in unlined two lagoons within the premises.
Much foul smell was observed near ETP area and UASB reactor area which shows
they are not continuously operating ETP.
3. The industry has not taken any control measure to avoid odour nuisance. The
industry has not provided spray system to control odour nuisance.
4. The industry is using UASB reactor without providing flare stack. The anaerobic gases from the UASB reactor may cause severe air pollution in the surrounding areas.
5. The industry has not constructed closed shed for storing rice husk and is storing large quantity of rice husk openly.
6. The industry has not submitted time bound action plan for zero discharge and for utilization of treated effluent back into the process.
7. The Board has received 2 complaints from the District Collector, Gadwal against the industry regarding air and water pollution to the surrounding village area.
8. The industry has not paid Environment Compensation of Rs. 66,36,000/- levied by the Board.
9. The industry has not submitted Bank Guarantee of Rs. 4 Lakhs towards compliance of the Task Force directions.
10.The industry has not laid asphalted / concrete roads within the premises.
11. The industry has not provided flow meters at outlet of ETP
12. The industry has partially constructed roof shed for raw-material near unloading conveyor belts.
