After scrutiny of the application, it was observed that, the line of activity comes under i.e mining of granite and covered under Red category as per CPCB category list. But, the proponent has applied under Orange category. Further, it was also observed that, the proponent has not submitted Environmental Clearance ( EC) which is mandatory for processing of CFE application for mining projects. The proponent has sent mail dt:30.08.2023, stating they will apply through TSOCEMMS with all required documents and requested to return the application. |
