It is to submit that the industry's earlier CFE application with TS-iPASS UID No: MIC0160035114448, Dt: 09.11.2022 and was rejected on 24.11.2022 as the rice mill is existing and operating since 1991 and Rice mill is adjacent to nearest Human habitation i.e Peddamallareddy Village. The industry is pollution potential from air pollution point of view and likely to cause pollution problems to the surrounding area.
In view of the above the present CFE application is not considered, Hence rejected.
