We have taken a lease two blocks separated by intervening wall in the same premises i.e. Sy. No. 768 Kasireddyguda one block for M/s. Padmaja Green Tech Pvt. Ltd. and another block for M/s. Lithiox Electrolytes Pvt. Ltd. M/s. Padmaja Green Tech Pvt. Ltd. makes raw materials for M/s. Lithiox Electrolytes Pvt. Ltd. as forward integration. We have obtained two lease agreements separately for both the companies from the Lessor. Separate lease agreement was required for bank financial assistance and statutory approvals. |
