A complaint was received from M.Vinod Gaikwad S/o. Arjun & other residents of Hangarga Farm against your unit Causing air pollution to the surrounding area. The Board officials inspected on 08.02.2024 and observed the following.
1. The rice mill is operating without CFE of the Board.
2. It is also observed that the unit is located in the residential area of Hangarga Farm Village. and likely to cause pollution problems to the surrounding area.
3. The industry surrounded by village road on East: Nizamsagar canal on West, Houses on North & South directions.
4. The rice mill is operating in closed shed and has also constructed separate closed shed for storage of husk.
5. The rice mill has stored about 1 ton of husk and not provided dust collector thereby causing air pollution in the surrounding area.
6. The rice mill has provided openings towards the complainants thereby causing air pollution in the surrounding area.
In view of the above you are directed to submit the compliance to the above points for further processing the file.
