1. Earlier, the industry has obtained CFO under Orange Category AAC blocks for 100 mts/day. But, now the industry has applied for AAC Blocks – 30000 nos/day under Green category. Hence, the industry shall give clarification on the above and shall apply under Orange Category.
2. The industry shall submit existing & expansion quantities of production details along with water consumption, waste water generation its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment & its control measures.
3. The industry shall submit existing compliance on CFO condition point wise and also directions issued by the Board.
4. The industry shall submit lease land document for upto 7 years.
