The industry shall submit the following details for further processing of your application.
The proposed industry shall follow the Siting Guidelines from Transportation / Communication System as mentioned below:
The following width of buffer zone shall be maintained from the Road Land Boundary*:
1. National Highways – 50 Mts.
2. State Highways – 40 Mts.
3. MDR / Village Road – 20 Mts.
*Road Land Boundary means the boundary of the road upto which land is acquired for road purposes.
These guidelines will be applicable to industries other than 11 category of industries for which specific guidelines are formulated by the Board.
The buffer zone may be permitted to be utilized for the following:
i) Paved Vehicle parking, ii) Administrative guiding and security office, iii) Green belt, iv) Electrical Substation / transformers, v) Fuel Station, vi) Water supply sumps.
These guidelines shall be applicable to individual industries & industrial estates, but not to the plots located within industrial estates.
The industry shall submit the revised site plan showing the distance from the nearby road Land Boundary as per the Siting Guidelines from Transportation / Communication System and also showing the distance from nearby Habitations, Educational Institutes, Health care centre, Worship places, Archeological monuments & others sensitive areas and notified water body as per siting guidelines circular dated 03.01.2024 for further processing of your application.
The industry shall pay the balance CFE fee of Rs.14,400/- under Green category under Water & Air Acts. |
