As per documents submitted along with TS-iPASS CFE application, M/s. Naga Satya Solvent private Limited has taken over M/s. Sri Laxmi Nararsimha Oil Mills Pvt. Ltd. But, as per this office records M/s. Sri Laxmi Nararsimha Oil Mills Pvt. Ltd. is an existing industry and obtained CFE from the Board vide orders dated 26.04.2010 for production of Soya Bean Oil – 90 TPD and Soya Bean De Oiled cake – 410 TPD and also obtained CFO from the Board vide orders dated 17.10.2011 and which was expired on 31.07.2012. Now, the proponent M/s. Naga Satya Solvent private Limited is again applied for CFE of the Board for production of Crude oil – 75 TPD and De Oiled cake – 350 TPD for reduced quantities under wrong line of activity & category (Oil Mill Ghani & Extraction & Green Category) enclosing details of existing plant & machinery. Actually, the line of activity comes under Vegetable oil manufacturing including solvent extraction under Orange category. Hence, the proponent shall clarify the same. Further, the proponent is suggested to apply for CFO renewal of the Board enclosing request letter for change of name of the industry from M/s. Sri Laxmi Nararsimha Oil Mills Pvt. Ltd to M/s. Naga Satya Solvent private Limited and other supporting documents. |
