1.Already complaint was received for a industry which is in establishment stage at Sy.No.412/6/a1, polepalle (V), Jadcherla (M), Mahbubnagar District for locating near to SEZ area which is sensitive area. Now, the proponent has applied for Ready mix plant for establishment at Sy no 449/A/2/1, polepalle (V), Jadcherla (M), Mahbubnagar District in the surroundings of the same. There is every chance of getting the complaints in the similar manner. Hence the proponent shall submit the undertaking that there will not be any issue or nuisance to the surroundings, failing which, in case of any complaint or nuisance, themselves the unit will be closed.
2. However, the proponent has mentioned in application the sy no as 449/AA/2/1, whereas in land document & self certification it is mentioned as Sy no 449/A/2/1. Hence, please submit application as per the land documents & self-certification.
3.The proponent shall submit water consumption, waste water generation & its treatment system, Solid waste generation & disposal details and source of Air Pollution, its control equipment.
