Heat Treatment Processes brief description: We do ageing hardening process for Aluminium Alloys @ 190 – 210 C in ageing Oven (Oven Capacity 500 Kgs).
Surface Treatment Processes brief description: As a part of surface treatment to remove surface contamination prior to plasma welding process. We do aluminium oxide cleaning. We do have dust collector and we dispose solid waste as per PCB norms.
Furnace: We don’t have any Heat Treatment furnace which operates above 210 C identically elevated temperature.
