Dear,
The Consent for Operation Committee in its meeting held on 17.03.2017 examined the CFO & HWA applications submitted by the industry under Water and Air Acts and committee recommended to issue CFO to the industry on submission of the following:
“The industry shall renew the bank guarantee of Rs.50,000/- submitted by the industry for further one year towards compliance of CFO Conditions within 15days at Regional Office- Hyderabad.”
In view of the above, you are directed to submit the above information within 15 days. If the industry fails to furnish the information within the stipulated time, the CFO application filed by the industry will be returned back to the industry. The industry has to again re-submit the CFO application along with complete information sought by the Board. However, the CFO fees already paid by the industry to the Board will be considered and adjusted at the time of re-submission of the CFO application.
It is also brought to your notice that operation of the industry without having valid consents of the Board is violation of Section 25/26 of Water Act and Section 21/22 of Air Act which is punishable under section 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
