The industry shall submit the following details for further processing of your application.
As per the process flowchart and change of line of activity letter from TSIIC submitted with the application, the line of activity comes under the spice grinding or spices processing but, you have mentioned the line of activity in TSiPASS application as "Chilling plant, cold storage and ice making".
The raw material and products are mentioned same i.e., Chillies only.
The proponent shall clarify whether the proposed unit is a chilli cold storage unit or spices grinding unit. If the proposed unit is a spices grinding unit, the proponent shall submit the details of air pollution control equipment to be provided for control of pungent odour of chillies.
The proponent shall pay the balance CFE fee of Rs.18,360/- under Green category under Water & Air Acts after giving clarification.
