The total waste water generated from the project is about 75 KLD which is less than 100 KLD as per the CPCB categorization the project comes under orange category with line of activity Building and Construction Project more than 20,000 Sq.m built up area and waste water generation less than 100 KLD.
FEE PAYMENT DETAILS
Total cost of the project is 50 Crores.
Fee calculation:
= 50 Crores X 0.03% (under orange category)
= 1,50,000 X 2
= 3,00,000/-
As per the circular dated 15.08.2023 violation fee for orange category is 50% of the regular consent fee.
Considering the same 50 % of the CFE fee is around 1,50,000/-
Total fee to be paid is = 3,00,000 + 1,50,000
= 4,50,000/-
We have paid the above-mentioned amount i.e 4,50,000/- against the CFE application, we kindly request to consider our application for further process and grant us CFE.
