The HCF shall submit the following information for further processing of your application:
1. The HCF shall submit a copy of Registration under Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishment (Registration & Regulation) Act, 2022 issued by DM & HO obtained for 01 year specifying the activity along with the bed strength shall be submitted.
2. AS per the application the total water consumption mentioned is 18.0 KLD in which for washings 3.0 KLD and domestic 15.0 KLD. The waste water generation mentioned is 14.0 KLD in which for washings 2.0 KLD and domestic 12.0 KLD.
3. As per the circular dated 21.12.2022 No. of beds not exceeding 100 beds 340 liters per bed per day for consumption. the waste water generation will be 85% of the consumption. Accordingly, capacity of the STP shall be designed (maintaining 20% buffer for effective functioning of the treatment plant) to meet the standards prescribed under BMW rules. Accordingly, the HCF shall recalculate water consumption and waste water generation along with STP capacity.
4. As per the application, the flow chart of the STP mentioned as aeration system but as per process view submitted anaerobic system. The same may be clarified.
