Our process involves the conversion of wood residues into Biochar. Biochar is a charcoal-like substance made from organic materials during gasification. Syngas will be generated as a byproduct of this process. The composition of syngas is as follows:

Monitoring of Air Emissions
The syngas that are generated from the gasification process and the flue gases generated after the combustion of syngas will be continuously monitored to deploy any additional measures to prevent air pollution.
Emergency Response and Contingency Measures
Emergency Shutdown Procedures: The gasifier will be shut down safely in case of uncontrolled emissions or during any contingency.
Safety Training: All employees will be provided safety training to deal with emergencies and contingencies.
