1. The proponent has not mentioned whether the crusher has applied for existing or expansion.
2. The proponent has mentioned Sy no 119 but where as in Nalla conversation sy no 119/A5 & 119/AA3 total area is 1 acres 10 guntas. As per stone crushers siting guidelines the total area of the proposed crusher shall be atleast 3 acres.
3. The proponent has mentioned sy no 120 for the existing crusher with capacity 280 TPD whereas now the proponent has applied at Sy no 119 without proper land document with decrease in capacity from 280 TPD to 200 TPD, please justify.
4. The proponent has to submit land documents with Sy nos on site map & topo plan for existing and expansion.
5. The proponent has to pay balance consent fee of Rs. 40,600/-.
6. The proponent shall submit details of quarry from the crusher with proper documents.
