M/s. Sri Ayyappa Agro Industries has applied for CFE expansion of the Board through TS-iPASS UID No:, Dt: 27.12.2024 under Water & Air acts under Orange Category with a capital investment of Rs.535.00 Lakhs. But during the scrutiny it was observed that no existing industry has obtained CFE of the Board at the proposed site.
In view of the above you are directed submit fresh application for the proposed unit. However the fee Paid Rs.65,000/- through TS-iPASS UID No:, Dt: 27.12.2024 will be considered for the fresh proposal on submission of the below details:
i. EMP report with details of boiler capacity, Water consumption & Waste water generation and ETP treatment and disposal.
ii. Sources of air pollution and details of control equipment.
iii. Solid waste generation and its disposal.
iv. Proposed DG set details.
