The industry shall submit compliance of CFE Expansion order Dt: 23.01.2025 for the conditions stipulated in the schedule-B and other conditions. The industry shall specifically submit water quality with agricultural university with specific remarks and recommendation on utilization of treated effluents.
The proponent has paid CFO fee Rs.2,30,400/- on 24.01.2025 under Red Cat. on the project cost of Rs.38.4 Crs. for 1 yr period only. Hence the industry shall pay balance CFO fee of Rs.9,21,600/- for 4 yrs validity.
