Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing in response to the query raised regarding my application, specifically concerning the GPS coordinates (Longitude & Latitude) of the proposed plant. As per the communication received, it was mentioned that since the built-up area exceeds 20,000 Sq. meters, it attracts the EIA Notification 2006 and requires obtaining Environmental Clearance.
However, I would like to clarify that, as per the site details, our built-up area does not fall under the requirement for Environmental Clearance. Additionally, the payment details are already reflected on the payment dashboard. For further compliance, we are uploading the geolocation details as required.
I kindly request you to update the balance amount details on the dashboard at the earliest, enabling us to proceed with the necessary formalities.
