Earlier the industry obtained CFE of the Board vide order dated 27.09.2023 under orange category for production of Raw rice/Steamed rice – 36 TPD. However, at present the industry submitted CFE expansion application through TGiPASS under green category. In view, of the above you are informed to submit the application under orange category along with the following:
1. Revised site plan with details of existing and proposed facility for storage of husk.
2. Air pollution sources and it's control measure details.
3. Compliance of conditions of CFE order.
4. Proposed greenbelt details.
5. The industry shall pay balance CFE fee of Rs.25000/- under orange category for both Air & Water acts against the investment of Rs.2.0 Crores.
