The industry CFO application is incomplete. The industry shall submit compliance of CFE order Dt: 12.01.2024 along with the details of ETP design details, air pollution control equipment provided to the stack & DG set, waste water generation & Solid waste generation and its disposal details. The industry shall also submit the status of water flow meters, Energy meters, TSDF membership certificate etc.
The CFO fee for one year period is Rs.44,747.1 Whereas you have paid Rs.5,000/- only. Hence you are directed to pay balance CFO fee of Rs.4,47,471/- for 10 yrs period under Orange Category for the project cost of Rs. 497.19 Lakhs.
