As per the records of this office, earlier M/s.KJL Poultries Private Limited Feed Plant has applied CFO on 09.12.2021 through TS-iPASS by paying Rs.2,70,000/- under Orange category. This office has sought clarification to pay balance fee and detailed EMP report. However the industry has not replied to the query.
Now, the industry has applied direct CFO through OCMMS on 09.04.2025 by paying CFO fee of Rs.1,12,500/- on the project cost of Rs.30.0 Cr. under Orange Category. The total fee paid till date is Rs.3,82,500/- is adjusted for one time CFE fee and CFO fee for one year period and an excess fee of Rs.45,000/- will be adjusted on payment balance fee to the Board.
The actual CFO fee is Rs.1,12,500/- per year for project cost of Rs.30.0 Cr. under Orange Category. As per Board guidelines, the CFO can be issued maximum 10 yrs under Orange Category. In view of the above, you are directed to submit proof of the year of actual production and pay the balance fee accordingly so as to process the application. The industry shall also pay penalty fee as per the circular Dt:15.08.2023.
