M/s. KJL Hatcheries has applied direct CFO through OCMMS on 09.04.2025 by paying CFO fee of Rs.45,000/- on the project cost of Rs.20.0 Cr. under Green Category. During the scrutiny it was observed that the industry has paid CFO fee Rs.45,000/- valid for one year period. As per Board guidelines, the CFO can be issued maximum 15 yrs under Green Category.
In view of the above, you are directed to submit proof of the year of actual production and pay the balance fee accordingly so as to process the application. The unit has to pay one time CFE fee of Rs.90,000/-. and shall also pay penalty fee as per the circular Dt:15.08.2023.
