As per application the line of activity is Biomass briquettes (Sun drying) without using toxic hazardous wastes. After verification of the application, it was observed that the proponent has submitted waste oil – 80 liters as hazardous waste. In view of the above, the applicant shall submit proper water consumption details, hazardous waste details, the process description, sources of pollution and its control equipment details.
The CFE fee against investment of Rs. 180.0 Lakhs under Green category for both Air & Water Acts is Rs. 9,000/-. The proponent has paid Rs. 5,000/-. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs.4,000/-.
