1. The industry shall submit compliance of rejection order Dt:28.12.2024 for the following points along with the photographs of air pollution control equipment provided;
a) The industry has not provided telescopic chutes.
b) The industry has not provided closed elevated dust bunker and dedicated closed storage shed with MS Sheets for storage of dust with water sprinkling arrangement.
c) The industry has not provided wind breaking walls.
d) The industry has not provided individual closed sheds with dust extraction systems followed by bag filters for jaw crusher, secondary crusher (cone crusher), tertiary crusher (Impactors) and vibrating screens.
e) The industry has not provided metal roads.
