The HCF's earlier authorization was expired on 31.12.2022 for 15 beds. Now the HCF has enhanced bed strength to 30 beds and applied for authorization and consent. The inspection was conducted on 17.05.2025. During the inspection it was observed that the STP was not in working condition. Even, the components of STP (Aeration tank, collection tank etc.) were not connected with pipes. Further, aeration tank is filled with freshwater indicating that the HCF has not operated the STP at least once since from the inception and sewage water is directly channelized to Municipal sewer without treatment.
Hence, the application is herewith returned.
