With reference to the subject cited, it is to inform that we have applied for CFE through Tgipass for operational of our Project at Plot No.52,53,54, Sy No.321, Biotech Park Karkapatla village, Markook Mandal, Siddipet Dist vide Ref. i) cited under “Orange Category”.
In response to the query, we submit the below CFE compliance for kind approval.
Production : Foot & Mouth Disease vaccine
Or Biovac ( FMD +Hemorrhagic septicemia vaccine : 1,40,00,000 units/ month
Water Consumption:
a. Process & Washing -- 450 KLD
b. Cooling Tower & Boiler feed – 250 KLD
c. Domestic - 50.00 KLD

Waste Water Discharge :
a. Process & Washing -- 280.00 KLD
b. Cooling & Boiler blow down-- 60 .00 KLD

We have provided ETP at our plant to treat all the above 390 KLD waste water through RO system and it will be RO permeate water will be used for green belt and water cooling make up. Ro rejects water will be disposed to CETP.
1. Used oil – 300 LPA >>> Dispose it to TSDF or Authorized Recyclers
2. ETP sludge >>> 670kg/day >>> Dispose it to TSDF ie., Hyderabad Waste
Management Project
3. E waste >>>> Dispose it to E waste cyclers
We enclose herewith process flow chart for kind Ref.
We are ready to balance fee of Rs. 8,90,000/- as intimated kindly provide us account
Details so that we could able to pay payment through online.
We request you kindly give us permission CFE “ORANGE “in TGIPASS.
