After scrutiny of the application, the following observations were made:-
1. As per topo plan submitted by the proponent, the rice mill is at a distance of 6m from the Yellandu – Khammam road. As per siting guidelines stipulated by the Board with regard to the Transportation / Communication System, the proposed units shall be at a distance of 50 m from National Highways, 40 m from state highways and 20 m from Village road/Mandal road.
2. The proponent has not submitted registered lease deed.
3. The proposed rice mill is near to the habitation of Budidampadu village at a distance of about 30 m.
4. The CFE fee under Green category for both Air & Water Acts is Rs.4,000/- against the investment of Rs.85 Lakhs. The proponent has paid Rs. 2500/- only.
