After scrutiny of the application, the following observations were made:-
1. As per the application, in TGiPASS common application form, you have submitted the line of manufacture of Compressed Natural Gas - 25000 kg/day and in application for CFE of part C5 of Form-I is mentioned the product capacity is Natural Gas - 15000 kg/day. The same may be clarified.
2. The CFE fee under Green category for both Air & Water Acts against investment of Rs. 2.9911 Cr is Rs.22,500 /-. The proponent has paid Rs.2,110 /-. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs. 20,390/- for further processing of your application.
