The Proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. The detailed process description of the industry.
2. The industry shall submit the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) which shall comprising the following:
a) The effluent treatment plant for generation of the waste water and its disposal details.
b) The point sources of emissions i.e., the boiler capacity, stack height connected to the boiler and its control equipment details and other emission sources.
c) The proposed greenbelt details.
3. The CFE fee under Orange category for both Air & Water Acts against investment of Rs. 8063.0 Lakhs is Rs.3,62,800/-. The proponent has paid Rs.1,81,417/-. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs. 1,81,383/- for further processing of your application.
