The HCF shall submit the following information for further processing of your application:
1. The HCF shall submit Building Documents i.e., own land / registered lease land agreement copy.
2. The HCF shall submit a copy of Registration under Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishment (Registration & Regulation) Act, 2022 issued by DM & HO obtained for 01 year specifying the activity along with the bed strength shall be submitted.
3. As per the application, the total waste water generation mentioned is 14.0 KLD in which for washings 3.5 KLD and domestic 10.5 KLD. The HCF shall submit the STP details and the STP capacity shall be designed (maintaining 20% buffer for effective functioning of the treatment plant) to meet the standards prescribed under BMW rules.
4. Investment proof certified by the Charted Accountant for calculation of consent fee.
