i. As per sitting guidelines for parboiled rice mills, to utilize 10 KLD of wastewater Ac. 1.0 of land is required. Hence, the industry shall submit the exact production capacity in TPD to assess the land required for utilizing the waste water.
ii. The proponent shall submit EMP (i.e details of boiler capacity, Water consumption & Waste water generation, ETP capacity, Waste water treatment and disposal, Sources of air pollution and details of control equipment, Solid waste generation and its disposal.
iii. Proposed DG set details.
iv. The proponent shall pay balance CFE fee of Rs.1,60,000/- under Water & Air acts under Orange category on the capital investment of Rs.1908.0 Lakhs.
