The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
As per the siting Guidelines from Transportation / Communication System the industry shall follow the following width of buffer zone from the Road Land Boundary*:
1. National Highways – 50 Mts., 2. State Highways – 40 Mts., 3. MDR / Village Road – 20 Mts.
a. *Road Land Boundary means the boundary of the road upto which land is acquired for road purposes.
Hence, the applicant shall submit the TOPO & site plan by mentioning the exact distances from the proposed site and human habitation.
2. The proponent shall submit the process details, Energy sources, Air pollution control equipment details, fuel to be used.
3. Water consumption and waste water generation and its treatment and disposal details.
4. As per the application, the land cost is Rs.5,00,000/-. But, as per sale deed the land cost is mentioned in RS.42,48,000/. The same may be clarified.
5. The CFE fee under Orange category for both Air & Water Acts against investment of Rs. 110.0 Lakhs is Rs.16,600/-. The proponent has paid Rs.10,000/-. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs. 6,600/- for further processing of application.
