After scrutiny of the application, the following observations were made:
i. The industry has submitted mismatched details of water consumption, waste water generation in the application form and the process flow sheet.
ii. The industry has submitted application for 2.0 TPH Boiler whereas as per the existing CFO, the industry is permitted to operate 1.0 PH Boiler only.
iii. The industry submitted application for Thermic Fluid Heater of capacity 2,00,000 K.Cal / hr., which is not consented in the existing CFO order.
In view of the above, the industry is informed to clarify on the above observations and also submit details of Biological ETP unit, its capacity & design, balance sheet for further processing of application
