As per the process flow sheet, site plan submitted by the proponent, the proposed activity is paraboiled rice mill. However, the proponent not submitted the detailed quantities of paraboiled rice, husk, broken rice, bran for the proposed raw paddy quantity. The proponent not submitted the details of boiler, air pollution control equipment proposed, water consumption and wastewater generation details, details of effluent treatment plant proposed, waste generation & disposal details. The land documents submitted by the proponent is not clearly visible to ascertain the extent of land proposed. The investment mentioned in the application for the paraboiled rice mill is very less, the proponent shall clarify the same.
