The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. You have applied for expansion application for the line activity of Rice mill unit. You are hereby informed to submit the acknowledgment copy which is treated as consent of the Board.
2. As per application you have submitted mismatched product and raw material details. Hence, you are hereby informed to submit the proper product and raw material quantities.
3. Details of the domestic consumption, generation & its disposal.
4. As per Google map submitted by the proponent, the rice mill is located near to the residential houses. Hence, submit the exact distance from the village boundary to site boundary.
5. As per siting guidelines stipulated by the Board with regard to the Transportation / Communication System, the proposed units shall be at a distance of 50 m from National Highways, 40 m from state highways and 20 m from Village road/Mandal road.
6. The total CFE fee against investment of Rs. 104.0 Lakhs under Green category for both Air & Water Acts is Rs.7,800/-. The proponent has paid Rs.2000/-. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs.5,800/-.
