Subject: Request to process Consent for Establishment (CFE) submitted through TS-iPASS – Reg.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I respectfully submit that M/s. M/s Irya Hotels and Resorts LLP have applied for Resort Project permissions through the TS-iPASS Single Window System of the Government of Telangana.
In this regard, we submit the following for your kind consideration:
1. We have submitted our application through TS-iPASS vide UID No. LRG0280019145206, which includes Consent for Establishment (CFE) from Telangana State Pollution Control Board as one of the mandatory approvals.
2. The prescribed fee for CFE amounting to ₹5,40,000/- has already been paid online through TS-iPASS, and the same is duly reflected in the TS-iPASS acknowledgment dated 27-01-2026, issued by the Commissioner of Industries, Government of Telangana.
3. We have now been informed to submit a separate application through OCMMS. In this context, it is respectfully submitted that as per G.O.Ms.No.3, YAT & C (T&PMU) Department, dated 12-12-2020, issued under the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reforms, all tourism-related approvals, including clearances from concerned departments, are to be processed through the TS-iPASS Single Window System, covering application submission, fee payment, processing, and approval.
4. Since the application has already been submitted and the requisite fee has been paid through TS-iPASS in accordance with the above Government Order, insisting on a fresh application through OCMMS would result in duplication of process and payment, which is contrary to the objectives of the TS-iPASS and EoDB framework.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, we humbly request your good office to process and issue the Consent for Establishment (CFE) based on the TS-iPASS application already submitted, or alternatively, to integrate / map the TS-iPASS application with OCMMS, without insisting on a fresh application or additional fee.
We shall be pleased to furnish any further information or clarification required in this regard.
