The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. Registered land lease deed.
2. For the line of activity of Parboiled rice mills the production details mentioned in the application is not matching with the water consumption and waste water generation details. Hence, submit the revised details.
3. As per the Parboiled guidelines, the industry required the land, Plant : Ac. 0.5 and ETP : Ac. 0.5 ii. To utilize 10 KLD of wastewater Ac. 1.0 of land is required.
4. Process description and flow chart.
5. The industry shall submit the details of Effluent Treatment Plant for treatment of waste water generation from the industry and treated water utilization details.
6. Details of Boiler, Stack and air pollution control equipment details.
7. The industry shall submit the details of ash, husk storage facilities proposed.
8. The industry shall submit the TOPO plan indicating the nearest human habitation, water body & Road within 500 meter radius.
9. The industry shall submit the proposed project cost details which includes land, buildings, machineries and others for calculation of CFE fee.
