The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. As per CFE order dated 06.01.2024, the project investment is Rs. 8.7424 Crores. But, as per CFO application the project investment mentioned as Rs.20 lakhs. It was observed that the industry is already in operation. Hence, the industry shall submit the investment proof for calculation of consent fee.
2. The industry shall submit the compliance of conditions of CFE order dated 06.01.2024. |
