The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. As per the CFO application, the production quantities mentioned in the application does not match with the consented quantities issued in the Consent for Establishment (CFE) order dt:20.08.2025. Therefore, the project proponent shall first apply for a CFE expansion for the revised production quantities. Only after obtaining the CFE expansion, the CFO application will be processed.
2. Compliance of conditions of CFE order dated 20.08.2025.
