Dear Sir,We would like to bring to your kind notice that in our submitted application, due to an overwriting the address was mistakenly mentioned as “Cherlapally” in the address column of Form I application for Consent to Establishment.
We hereby inform you that the mistake has been corrected through TS I PASS application which has been routed to OCMSS. In the OCMSS the address has been corrected. Please find attached the screen shot of corrected address in OCMSS
We kindly request you to consider the corrected address for further processing of our application.
