As observed from the Topo & Site plans the proposed site is adjacent to village, which is not meeting the sitting guidelines of CPCB i.e 200 mts from nearest residential dwellings As per the siting guidelines of Telangana Pollution Control Board from transportation / communication system, the gaushala shall maintain distance of 20 Mts from Village Road.
It is also observed that the nearest Human habitation i.e Belya Thanda is about 25 mts away from the proposed site. The industry is pollution potential from air pollution point of view and likely to cause pollution problems to the surrounding area and shall pay balance CFE fee of Rs.8/- after meeting the siting guidelines of CPCB under Water & Air acts under Green Category for capital investment of Rs.12.6 Lakhs.
