The proponent shall submit detailed EMP report comprising the below.
i. Site plan & Topo plan.
ii. Registered / lease land documents on the name of applicant.
iii. GPS coordinates (Longitude & Latitude) of the plant.
iv. Process flow chart with description.
v. Raw material & products in Tons/Day.
vi. Machinery installed and their capacities.
vii. Boiler capacity and fuel (coal, husk etc) used in Tons/Day.
viii. Sources of air pollution (ball mill, pulveriser etc) and proposed air pollution control measures and equipment details.
ix. Total water consumption (KLD) & waste water generation (KLD) and its disposal.
x. Solid waste generation (Tons/Day) and its disposal.
xi. Proposed DG set details.
xii. The proponent shall pay balance CFE fee of Rs.1,29,860/- under Water & Air acts under Orange Category for capital investment of Rs.727.0 Lakhs.
